LEVELAND, Ohio — The state is awarding a major tax break to Ernst & Young, which plans to move its Cleveland offices from East Ninth Street to the east bank of the Flats.

The Ohio Tax Credit Authority on Monday approved a 75 percent, 10-year tax credit for the accounting firm, for keeping 625 employees in Cleveland as part of the Flats East Bank project.
