“With a design deadline fast approaching, architects and planners at Cleveland State University still haven’t decided where they’ll install two Depression-era murals that were salvaged from the former Valley View Homes Estate in Tremont.
Everyone involved agrees that the murals, created by the important African-American artist Elmer Brown, will be installed in the university’s new, $53 million student center to be built on Euclid Avenue.
