I thought the idea of the competition could be interesting if adaptable to our fair city.  Imagine a gallery floated down the Cuyahoga.  Granted, the permitting process would render it all but impossible but the founding for the idea is sort of nice. ‘…containing and distributing design to the city…’ (go to article)
